Kevin Hancock

Chief Executive
Kevin is a co‑founder of Yutree and a Chartered Insurance Broker. He began his career in sales and underwriting before moving into broking in the mid‑1990s. Kevin has chaired the CII’s Society of Insurance Broking, served as a Director of BIBA, and is a trustee and director of local charitable foundations. Outside work, he enjoys watching rugby, cricket and motorsport.
Laura Hancock

Managing Director
Laura began her insurance career with Norwich Union in 1995, later joining The Davis Group and becoming Director of Distribution at Bluefin. A member of the Institute of Leadership & Management with Cert CII accreditation, she chairs BIBA’s Insurance, Technology and Innovation Committee and sits on several BIBA and CII boards.
Peter Foster

Director
Peter was Managing Director of Norwich insurance brokerage H J Boswell, leading the business through its sale in 2020. He now runs a consultancy supporting organisations to improve growth and profitability. Peter joined Yutree in 2025, focusing on business development for the Norwich branch, where he is well known.
Peter Sheppard

Non-Executive Director
Peter is Managing Director of NES Healthcare, leading the UK’s primary provider of Resident Doctors since 2005. A qualified solicitor, he previously advised on corporate and commercial matters as Partner and Head of Commercial at a Norwich law firm and served as a Non‑Executive Director of insurance broker H J Boswell. Peter joined Yutree in 2025.

Shari Storey

Broking Manager
Shari began her insurance career at 19, starting in claims before moving into commercial account handling and gaining her Cert CII qualification. She serves on the Anglia BIBA Committee and is a Young Broker Ambassador, reflecting her passion for supporting others. Outside work, she enjoys family time, socialising and staying active at the gym.
Jo Hocking
ACII
Senior Client Executive
Jo began her insurance career in 1997 with Provincial (now AXA) before moving into broking with The Beckett Group and later H J Boswell. She joined Yutree in 2023 as a Client Executive. Jo is ACII qualified, a Chartered Insurance Broker, and enjoys the gym and running.
Kate Young
Cert CII
Client Executive
Kate builds and maintains strong relationships with both existing and new clients. She began her broking career in London with Giles Insurance Brokers before relocating to East Anglia. Kate brings extensive experience from roles at The Davis Group, Towergate, Bluefin and GRP. Outside work, she enjoys running, cycling, travel and fast cars.
Amrit Rathore
Cert CII
Employee Benefits Executive
Amrit has worked in insurance since 2004, with experience spanning claims, account management and international roles, including time in Hong Kong. She achieved her Cert CII qualification in 2026 before joining Yutree. Outside work, Amrit enjoys the gym, travelling and spending time with family and friends, and holds an HGV Class 1 licence.
Michelle Johnson
ACII
Insurance Broker
Michelle has over 30 years’ insurance experience, beginning her career in 1992 at Provincial (AXA). She later became a class underwriter at Lloyd’s syndicate Amlin, achieving ACII and Chartered status. Michelle joined Yutree in 2016. Outside work, she is involved in the local insurance institute and enjoys rugby league, bootcamp and open water swimming.
Emily Joyce

Insurance Broker
Emily began her insurance career in claims at AXA before moving to Saffron Insurance, where she spent over four years in claims and commercial roles. She joined Yutree in 2016 and is Cert CII qualified, working towards her Dip CII. Outside work, Emily enjoys family time and horse riding with her own horse.
Holly Haddaway

Insurance Broker
Holly began her insurance career in 2001 in commercial claims before moving into broking roles with firms including Bluefin, Jelf and Marsh. She joined Yutree in 2020, bringing extensive experience as a Cert CII qualified broker. Outside work, Holly enjoys family life, socialising, the gym and theatre.
Jenna Burberry
Cert CII
Insurance Broker
Jenna joined Yutree in 2022 after nearly 10 years in customer service at Booking.com. She completed a Broker Training Apprenticeship before progressing to Insurance Broker. Outside work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, staying busy with her two children and their guinea pig, and pursuing her passion for photography.
Lee Fuller

Insurance Broker
Lee began his insurance career in 2010 with Bluefin, progressing from administration assistant to Client Executive and gaining experience in haulage risks. He later worked as Commercial Manager at Eunisure before joining Yutree in 2022. Outside work, Lee enjoys socialising with family and friends and is a Tottenham Hotspur season ticket holder.
Adam Terry
Insurance Broker
Adam joined Yutree in 2025, having built insurance experience since 2019 with roles at Gallagher. He brings knowledge across Personal Lines, Commercial and Marine insurance. Outside work, Adam is a lifelong Arsenal supporter who enjoys country and hip-hop music, and spending time with his wife and their dog, Barney.
William Knight
Insurance Broker
William joined Yutree in 2025, bringing experience from roles at Marsh McLennan and Howden. He has a strong understanding of a wide range of insurance products and client needs. Outside work, William enjoys motorsport, go-karting and is a dedicated supporter of Norwich City Football Club.
Robin Newby
Cert CII
Senior Insurance Broker
Robin began his career in 1992 at Sedgwick Group, later holding Account Handler and Executive roles at Marsh and RK Harrison. He spent many years with Everywhen, originally joining when it was H J Boswell. Robin joined Yutree in 2026, bringing extensive experience. Outside work, he enjoys coastal walks, motorsports and travelling.
Finance team
Guy Richardson
Management Accountant
Guy has over 30 years of finance experience, primarily in heavy equipment manufacturing in South Africa. After relocating to the UK in 2024, he worked as a management accountant before joining Yutree in 2025. Guy enjoys wildlife, the outdoors, sport, golf and jogging, and has two daughters in South Africa.
Katie Beech

Finance Executive
Katie began her insurance career in 2000 with Roberts and Davis, now known as Victor Insurance. She gained extensive experience as a Motor Team Leader and Senior Liability Underwriter before joining Yutree in 2021. Now part of the Finance team, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking and skiing.
Karen Andrew
Finance Administrator
Karen began her finance career in 1996 with Barclays, later working at the Woolwich and the University of Cambridge’s Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital. She gained her AAT qualifications and spent 27 years as a Senior Finance Administrator before joining Yutree in 2023. Outside work, Karen enjoys reading, baking, walking and time with family and friends.

Technical Claims Executive
Anna is a senior claims professional with over 20 years’ experience handling complex and high-value losses across commercial and corporate insurance. She has held roles at leading brokers including Arthur J. Gallagher, Seventeen Group and Brunel, and joined Yutree in 2026 as Technical Claims Lead. Outside work, she enjoys time outdoors with her dog.
Holly Cooper

Claims Manager
Holly began her insurance career in 2000 at AXA in Property Claims and has since gained experience across roles including Marine Underwriting. She joined Yutree in 2013, focusing on achieving the best outcomes for clients. Outside work, she is a busy mum who enjoys sport, especially Formula 1 and cricket.
James Willcox

Claims Account Handler
James joined Yutree in 2024 as the company’s first Claims apprentice. After completing his A-Levels, he developed customer service skills in retail and supported his father’s plumbing business. Outside work, James enjoys gaming, reading a range of genres and playing the guitar, having also completed several formal exams.
